Do I have too add water to it?

Am currently having same issue, well what is working for me so far is change of diet, I eat fruits like pear, apple, mango, banana, and vegetable, the pain have stoped and bowel movement is easy, but the external pile is yet to heal though I don't feel any pain but it's gradually shrinking , please change your diet, get lots fibre intake

Buy Abeere seeds(miracle seeds), wash it, put it in a cooking pot, add drinkable water, then cook or boil the seeds very well, filter it when it's cool, then pour undiluted lime juice into it, the lime juice/water will be the same quantity with the water you used to cook the seeds. Store it inside a bottle.

USAGE:
Be taking little quantity in the morning and at night.
