I will state my mind here and rest my case .
I did not see a clear path to Obi winning this election and that has not changed though he has done extremely well . I voted for him because I was strongly convinced that he is the best of all the candidates .

However , the inec chairman changing the guidelines at such a critical time is highly suspicious and can cause or trigger untold hardship and even widespread violence . No one should die because the inec chairman can’t wait to ensure all results are uploaded before continuing . Inec has to be transparent . It is horrible that this chairman was given over 300 billion for BVAS and it is causing so much anxiety . Inec boss is a FAILURE !

If INEC is not following the law, they should follow the law as expected of them.
