1. Is it compulsory to provide SS1 to SS3 transcripts along waec certificate for Bsc degree applications in any university or polytechnic in Germany??

2. Is it mandatory to recognise waec result in Germany before applying for undergraduate admissions?

If your interview is in 3 weeks, get a private uni in Germany and apply. Send a mail to the embassy requesting for a reschedule.

Give it a shot.

Rhineland-Palatinate Technical University, Landau (formerly University of Koblenz-Landau) is quite a serious despite being the poorest in the State of Palatinate. Uni in a small town, nice Nigerian community and international community.

Also look closer at Th Köln and Uni Köln, Bochum, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Essen-Duisburg.

These are better cities in terms of jobs.

I will personally recommend the expensive city of Hamburg. There's a Uni there for IT related course.

at this point try contacting a private uni, or better still re schedule your appointment by sending them a mail early enough and stating why.

Not necessarily. However if you have an Ausbildung contract and a Vorabzustimmung zum Visum (gotten by your employer) you can get an appointment within 3 weeks from booking and after the appointment you'll get a decision within 3 weeks. So to put it short with only a contract you are treated like every other applicant but with the Vorabzustimmung zum Visum the process is accelerated.

Well I got an admission to a public university this year February 2023 - University of Applied Science Worms to study a Bachelors degree in Aviation Management taught in English for the summer semester. I’ve successfully enrolled and I’m using a Sponsorship Letter as my proof of financial funding. I’ve booked for an appointment and haven’t gotten a date yet so I wrote the embassy and they said for my category, it takes up to one year to get an appointment. (But although I’m believing in miracles from God..lol) Classes are to start by March 27th but the school said I can resume class anytime I want knowing how the visa process in foreign countries takes time.

But just incase I was given an appointment after the end of the summer semester, will my letter of admission (for the summer semester) be valid when going for my interview? Or do I need an updated one for the winter semester.

Although I wrote an inquiry about this to the school but I also wanna confirm here too.

Please if you’ve had such experience do leave a reply on this.

Firstly, "Miracles" don't work where men have put work to get a working system up and running. You're in CAT B, which means your date is 100% coming next year. You have two options.

1. Defer your admission if your school agrees for winter/summer semester
2. Apply for winter this year and wait for date early next year or apply for summer semester 2024.

Unless you have connect from the consular office in Germany, just know as a CAT B, your date ain't coming this year.

Interview just took 5mins with basic questions ,I had to ask the VO if we were done sef😂😂😂


My humble advice to guys that have admission and either sl or fully funded block account and that hasn't book appointment for a one year waiting period to try other African countries ASAP.you will be glad you did.

Thank you. I also have 100level transcript. I just wanted to know if there’s a preference between WAEC and NECO because I saw that they accept both.

I used my WAEC result and my 100 level transcript and got an admission to a public university in Germany. Although I had D in Economics in my WACE result but the transcript served as a support

They have called me to sign acceptance agreement, they asked me to pay deposit of €2000. but am still sceptical. so I searched you bosses out who are there already do you advise I accept. Please dont pay that money. Look for another school that is free tuition. Remember your interview is in one year time unless you are out of Nigeria or travel to other African countries for your interview. Once you sign that agreement, you must keep it

Yes it’s the photocopy
I suggest you certify atleast 3 photocopies of each document
You might need them in the school in Germany too
