As long as there are one , two , three such cases you establish precedent where the court could throw out the accusers case of rigging. Will the court now decide that the level of cheating amounts to cancelling the election ( NO WAY JOSE ! )

1992/93 - Conducted by NEC (I think Nwosu was the NEC chiarman) and the military - Free and fair.....no magogo - perhaps the best so far

1999 - Free and fair to a great extent, conducted by the military and inec

2003 - Conducted by Maurice Iwu of INEC and Obasanjo - They literarily wrote the numbers in Abuja and announced it on TV......your votes mean nothing

2007 - Conducted by Maurice Iwu and Obj.....The winner, Yaradua, did not even campaign....man was sick througout......INEC just write whatever figures they wanted. Obasanjo's man must win by fire by force.....Even Yaradua admitted that the election was a sham

2011 - Better than 2007 but still full of the old ways

2015 - Prof Jega's INEC APC and PDP were literarily playing a game of chess and wait and see.....Millions were coming from different states......Once PDP release their own APC will release its own...even Borno that was largely in the hands of Bokoharam na millions dey vote

2019 - Same rigging and vote buying...APC was literarily giving out 10K per head in the market calling it tradermoni........ruling party must win rigging

2022/23- BVAS was introduced politicians can no longer use incident form to rig.....incumbents can now loose their state.....the voice of the people is more important that big man......It's is far from perfect......inec officials are still a corrupt bunch....but much better than the norm.....reasonable numbers from the north for the first time...no more Kano 3 million Borno 1.8 million....BVAs worked.....result upload on irev portal is quite slow....I predicted it since Osun elections...one state is different from 3 elections on same day across the federation

Are you guys daft or what?? This is obviously a costly mistake from the Presiding officer naa. I guess Cynthia did not read correctly and the Polling agents are not learned too. If it were to be rigged, what would it have cost Cynthia to change signature and write different names?

Your gradation of free & fair elections is, at best, arbitrary/subjective.

There's not better or worse objectively. All elections in Nigeria that were rigged were bad. No 'better'.
