This doesn’t mean candidates shouldn’t challenge the results if they didn’t instruct anyone to cheat on their behalf. We can’t keep having election results based on who rigged pass. The fact that people couldn’t get their PVCs is another form of rigging INEC must address. We also saw videos of PUs where elections were not held or where boxes were tampered with. INEC cannot see all that and be quick to announce winners. Nigeria MUST do better if we believe we are ready for democracy because we frankly are not.
