If they say the are ready, then they are ready but not in the rational by all means. They ready to steal, snatc and possibly run away with ballot boxes but my advice to lagosians is, irrespective of the presidential outcome, clinching Lagos cos of its strategic importance to that national rigger would be a good compensation.

We need to change the political landscape in Lagos and I hope everyone will stand against their oppression to vote them out. They will come to reduce opposition votes and increase the parties vote but we must resist this act of intimidation and oppression. They believe if their principal can do it and succeed, them too have a good chance. They have connived with polling officers, thugs, transporters, some police and army but we have God and ourselves. Let's make a stand and send these urchins on permanent retirement. So help us God.

The anger against Sanwo-olu seems to be centred around the EndSars issue.

But I ask, what would you have him do differently? In his capacity as the Governor he met the protesters, agreed to their 5/5 demands and infarct declared a curfew when it was getting out of hand.

Except anyone wants to be mischievous, Sawanolu or even Tinubu has no power to deploy soldiers. Only the C-in-C could do that.

By the way, how do you conveniently praise the Governor under whom corpses of people were found floating at Akwuzu River and who vehemently refused to honour the EndSars panel BUT turn around to crucify Sanwo-olu for all the sins of the EndSars.

The indigenous people of Canada remains a subjugated demographic that experienced genocide and the survivors are still exposed to systematic genocide, culture eradication, poverty (which inadvertently leads to crime)
and govt induced homelessness etc.
They have no drinking water and they're over-represented in the criminal justice system despite being a minority.


PS: Although Nigeria's independence from colonization is only in theory (not in practice), the indigenous people of Nigeria are relatively in a better situation in comparison to thier Canadian counterpart.
