How do young graduates get employed for a tech role in major firms with a degree not related to computer science?

Even if you know how to code and also build projects in your portfolio. Firms state in their job requirements, applicants must have Bsc in computer science or other related courses

Some, not all.... Tech is so large, only C's grads can't fill it up... E no possible..

We also have recruitment firms... They have lots of jobs for skilled coders and non C's and C's guys...

The programer in question just have to be very good to break in.. A good example is van hack.

It’s difficult to gain real industry experience from real and recognized institutions or firms if you don’t have a computer or analytical background, they simply wouldn’t hire you.Real firms and institutions gives you the capacity to provide reference to your future employers within that same industry, and the way work is done in the industry standard is different from the online learning (Udemy ,Alison e.t.c) experience or remote work.
