it can but don't use plug anything else while using it.. Reason is a 25kv a Gen will be rated and running around 1.8kva to 2kva

My generator it on but does not supply light and the avr do not read. I thought it was to change capacitor but someone suggested I change the avr. Please what's the way forward. Its a small generator

SAE 30 oil applies to the Nigerian environment. However, the oils are pricey so you might need to consider SAE 40 which is readily available.
