I think what PO legal team should have asked court is to compel the INEC to postpone the governoship election for period of 2 weeks to enable them have access to the data on the BVAS after which INEC can now reconfigure the BVAS instead of approaching the court to grant them access to inspect the election materials when they are aware that other elections are still coming up and knowing fully well that the same BVAS would be use to conduct the elections. Now INEC has played a smart move by postponing the election after getting an order to reconfigure the BVAS which can be manipulated in the process, case of Osun election comes to mind where two different BVAS reports was presented before the court by the same INEC. This first blunder by Obi legal team would likely mess up the whole case in my own opinion. What do you guys think?

The same court granted Tinubu access to the materials

If the information is tampered with the court will council the whole Election.

They have access to the machine and backend server. INEC would give a real copy of the results in the machine to the party plus allow them access to the backend in order to audit the result given to them

They’ll still blame the court for whatever judgement they served them at the end of the day. Obi did not win this election, northerners (major deciders) massively voted for Asiwaju. But I pray the court grant them all access to everything so they can accept their defeat in peace

How did two BVAS reports produced in Osun election?

You are right.

They were hoping there should be separate machines for separate elections.

Nevertheless if they follow INEC closely and get certified copies of the results that are not manipulated, it is still good for them.

Again manipulating the result won't be easy for INEC now since they don't really know who is leading and by what margin.

There is no way a court will grant that request when more elections are coming. There's enough evidence for Obi to win.

How easy you think it is to access 176,000 bvas? Easier from the server provided forensic experts are in charge

The courts will not grant that. A political party will not push for the elections to be postponed. Other parties will change the narrative to Labour Party is running away from State elections because they are not prepared.

There's no blunder in Obi legal team, they are on the right footing. Don't put blunder where there's none. You wey dey beer parlour sabi handle case pass erudite SANs...yeye

Those results from the North was the hand work of APC governors in the states. APC didn't get those votes. How can the Hausas leave Atiku and vote for Tinubu. Those manipulated results won't stand

INEC said the BVAS has not completely updated when APC took a copy.

Just like Obi taking a copy of 163k polling units uploaded when there are 176k polling units.

If the Hausas voted for Atiku who then voted for Obi to the make him believe he won the election? Obi should not even go to court in the first place having come 3rd, he has no case

I have no idea. Anybody can produce any back up data which is what LP were trying to avoid. This will help eliminate different data sets from being produced by INEC.

According to Adeleke’s lawyer, the real results were retrieved physically from the machines themselves when there were discrepancies which proved there was no over voting.

Same thing will happen in this case as INEC will still give the true copies of those results from the physical machines to LP irrespective of what they backup in their servers which LP has access to.

Relax yourself. Obi's case is solid with evidence everywhere. INEC have used their own rope to hang themselves. Anything INEC does now will be used against them. Watch and see how INEC will conduct next week governorship elections.
