This is a welcome development. May God bless the judge. If Nigeria have built their database nobody suppose to be going through alot of stress we pass through because of multiple registration of so many things when you have already have your data somewhere that can be easily extracted.
I went to update my bank account with my driver's license at bank. The guy just use the number on my license and boom my information came out. Even my bvn the same thing I was even surprised. They have registered and their data in on inec database as such they can vote.

No be to get card be the issue, na to see INEC sef for your PU to vote
