Now, can a similar project like this be done in Nigeria. Yes, in Abuja.

Mortgage rates will have to come down below 10% to create enough demand for the properties built. Globally, mortgage is the primary route for purchasing properties. Buyers rarely use equity like in Nigeria.

you didnt take into consideration the purchasing power of each currency, the wage bill of conducting census is south Africa, and the wage structure of each country, south Africa's minimum wage is about 130,000 per month while Nigeria is at 30,000 per month, comparing both countries cost of census base on cost is not right, your only argument is our population size, furthermore, even when given the 1.3 billion they are asking for what is the guarantee that the census body would do it right, we gave inec almost 700million dollars for this election does this look at election that they spent 700million dollar on.
