In the two communications from the school didn't they state the graduation year?
Mpower only finances the last two years of your education, that is why they are particular about the graduation date.
The first one they stated they can't be sure when I will graduate cause international students tend to want to proceed to do honours program, the second they stated its a three years program but they can't state how many course will be transferred...
My tuition fee is 19800.
I don't even know what to do now

What’s your academic background like.
Have you completed your undergraduate? If yes what’s your grade.
If No, are you planning on going for a direct entry ? But mind you Mpower can only finance a 2 year program or when your program is remaining 2 year to completion you can apply for it.

Just my view before the gurus come in

Yes I have ND,3.17Cgpa. I know but my program is 2years.
I did advanced direct entry, so am resuming 2nd year of a 3yr program, but university of Manitoba changed it to 4years,they claim international students have a hard time reapplying for visa something like tat sha.

Technically that becomes a 3 yr program you are going for and Mpower can’t finance that. Try look into other universities or try go for a 1 year Diploma program that your money can afford

OLAMINREWA:

Someone should help with this answer biko. The exact address of IOM and qlife is what she is actually asking for. Those that did their medicals in Abuja should kindly help with the address of the medical facilities.

Congratulations @Olaminrewa on your PPR,pls I have some questions, when you got your medical request letter, did you resubmit the one you submitted when you were applying or you went for a new medicals? Cause in my case the upfront medicals which I submitted when I was applying expires in 3months time, and I got a new medical request on the 23 Feb, but did a new one 7th Mar. Now do I still need to raise a web form or send an email to IRCC to inform them as I’m been time cautious of the 30days given? As I don’t know how long IOM Lagos would take to post to IRCC. And if I have too can you help with the mail sample you sent to them. Thanks

If you’ve Completed the medicals as requested, be rest assured they’ll get it. You don’t have to be worried about the 30days timeline.
However, raise a webform and submit the e-medical slip you got from the clinic. Also you may send emails to Nairobi visa office.
You can Put the subject as “urgent”.

All the best!

Upfront medical doesn’t guarantee your visa will be approved or not. The only difference is when your application gets to the medical request stage it get updated instead of IRCC sending a medical request. But letting IRCC send a medical request before goin for medical makes you have at least 90% assurance that your visa will be approved cos most people who got refused doesn’t receive medical request

I am very grateful for this answer. Thank you so much

Thanks.

However, I read online that local flights won't carry our luggages.

Don't know how true this is.
Blackmandreams:
I believe the best way to get there is by using a local flight it’s about 50mins flight.

So basically it’s better to wait for medical request then.
The problem with waiting is that after the request, you usually have only 30days given to complete the medical and if all the spaces are booked, you can end up having unnecessary complications

You can pay with a dollar card i.e. at black market rate or you initiate Form A with the bank using the fee invoice you download from CBC student payment portal from the link in your offer letter.

I didn’t mail them. I went to their website to book an appointment, after you picked a date a page will pop up where you register then make payment. But I think booking of appointment is always on Monday 8AM tho the portal got opened around 7:52 AM cos I have been on it since 6:00 AM. You can try to book an appointment now thou cos I might be wrong about the timing of the appointment
