To win a presidential election in the Federal republic of Nigeria the Constitution states that you must have the highest number of votes and have 25% in 25 states including the FCT. Obi came 3rd in terms of the number of votes and had 25% in 16 states including the FCT.

Obi failed both conditions....so what are his lawyers going to say to change his situation. NOTHING. They know this they are already crying inec is not allowing us to have evidence for our case

Results from the polling units should be viewable by voters immediately after polling closes, that was the REGULATION OF INEC before the election.
INEC REGULATION was NEVER viewers could only see the results on INEC portal days after the election closed.

You will have your mandate back, Election was clearly won by you

If you are politically neutral you will know peace. Nigerian politics is game of the dirtiest.

It is easy to preach political neutrality because neither you nor your loved ones has been a victim of bad governance.

There are countries where the people enjoy benefits of good givernance because they hold their government accountable. France is doing a thousand times better than Nigeria, but there is no week the French people don't hold one protest or the other.

The luxury of being apolitical is only for citizens of nations where institutions work, where governance is taken seriously. It is not a luxury the average Nigerian can and should afford.

This is an easy win case for Peter Obi. You know why, everybody wants a better NIgeria, everyone wants Nigeria with a better image. Obi will win the case easily. He will be the first president to be returned by the courts.

I do not understand why LP has to justify anything. Take your best hands and win the case. Next they will say they are all old men, will you add youths, then they will say all men, will you add females. Just get the best people for the job finish.

You can only challenge the process that led to declaring the winner. The process comprises of, if truly the due process was followed in the election and also was the number of votes the true reflection of what transpired at the polling units. It is only your kind that goes to court and say, I am challenging Tinubu because INEC declared him the winner.

In an election petition tribunal what he said in TV that he is not challenging the winner but the process will make evidences he will be presenting in the court illegal.
