If the governor have enough evidence to substantiate this claim and all he could do is to make noise about it without probe whatsoever, then it shows he's very irresponsible! It was virtually 95% completed when he took office … it’s commissioning he did.

In any case Government is a continuum… he has every right to milk this road of every political value it can offer him

I must commend him for a job well done.. the fact that he is running a pro-Osun government with Osun indigenes serving Osun state makes me a bit reserved about him.
