Start by building relationship with him since he lives in your area it won't be difficult. For example start going to say your prayers in the mosque he prays 😅.

If you already ve a good relationship with him, get to meet and congratulate him. Tell him you saw on the news so it won't be like you are stalking.
Then explain to him how excited you are because 'His appointment is a blessing on your part as you had applied for a Job with ICPC and you fear your chances are slim due to the multitude that are applying.. Goodluck, others can add

How can u build relationship with someone that is not ur class. He might have not noticed him for the first time. This is gona be difficult unless u know each other b4 or there is a common place u people can easily meet, such as place of worship

How sure are we that the agency is ICPC? Those who made the openings anonymous knows what they're doing nw.. Please anyone who has an idea about BUA? I interviewed with them last November and till now nothing. I also heard that the graduate trainee program they started last year is not yet concluded that their recruitment process is very slow. Please how true could this be?
