Razor burn bumps tend to heal on their own. To soothe irritated skin, apply an oatmeal-based body lotion to the area. It’s also a good idea to apply this lotion every time you shave to prevent future irritation.

Hair follicle inflammation can lead to bumps near the base of pubic hair growth. The resulting red, pimple-like bumps are related to a condition known as folliculitis. These bumps may also be painful and itchy.

Folliculitis may resolve on its own without treatment. However, stubborn or recurring cases may require topical antimicrobials. This helps clear the existing bumps while preventing future inflammation.

It's wrong to assume what is doing you unless you have met an expert, I need to see the penis then I will know what's wrong.
It could be
1. HPV.
2. Herpes virus infection.
3. Balanitis as a result of candida infection.
4. Scabies.
5. Or any other thing.

I need to see it to be sure because they all present different morphologies.

Guy I once experienced that shit. That's an infection. It's an std. My then girlfriend had an an untreated toilet infection. I contacted it from her. Now d remedy; Apply funbact A cream on it. After 2 days, d itching will stop, & it will gradually dry up. Take ampiclux for sometime. if not, it will reappear after about 2 months or so, depending on how strong your immune system is.
