My xiaomi Redmi Note 9 takes up to 2 mins or 3 Mins to boot up.

Any solution?

I Did another update last week or so around 350mb, but I noticed the icon resize feature isn't working for me yet

Icon Resize works here. You are on EEA ROM and I am on the normal Global ROM

So I won't get it?

I am not certain if it is a bug but changing icon size works. Just search for icon size in settings.

I hope your mum is not a selfie mama, because these phones have poor selfie camera.
