You people make me laugh. Out of the over 170,000 polling unit about half are in urban areas with effective mobile data network to upload the results directly from the PU. Most networks in rural communities are basically for voice not data. Even the voice na problem in some communities. Again a good percentage of the communities in Nigeria as I write, don't have effective mobile coverage. So how do you upload on IRev with no or poor data network ?? |
