I have been trying to pay for my Canada school application fee with my access bank Visa card but it’s not working it keeps telling me transaction declined and the dollar card I requested for is not yet ready.. how do I make payment, I also tried generating a bank statement to pay at the bank but I also don’t know if access bank will pay in Canadian dollars..
please I need help

Ask your bank to make transfer of the equivalent sum to the school for the application. Your bank might charge black market rate to get it done.

You can’t use any Naira ATM card to make any tuition payment because cbn policy only allow your naira card to transact 20dollar monthly . So go buy dollar for black market and deposit in your dollar account and use the dollar atm to pay, or use formA can rate on tradeportal, this will take like 90days

It doesn’t work that way anymore.. bank will request that the person fill the formA on trade portal using their Bvn, then join cue for 90days
