Please Engineers help me review this quote for a day casting job I think the cost is high and may not require all this number of people

Machine - 25000, Uppers 6 People - 30000 , Granite and sand 6 people - 22500 , Water and cement - 5000 , Bonker 2 People - 11000 , 1 bricklayer - 6000 , Shovel and headpan - 5000 TOTAL - 104500

● The damage should be properly assesed from inside the Pop ceiling through the man hole.
If the Fillas that was used to hold the ^area of damage^ is broken, the damaged area should be slightly cut out and replaced with another fillas (if extent of damage is large, a casted board should be used too) to strengthen that area again, and a final dressing on the outside, if the fillas on the inside is not affected, then Dressing/screeding (Topbond & screeding paint involved) would do.

Wow, madam. Do you consider the cost of generator, inverter KVA that will run total consumption of your energy per day, even PHCN? Please leave these discussions for professionals, they have the knowledge and standards they use to determine how a size of room should be bright. No vex ooo, how many bulbs do you intend to use for the entire building? Let even try little math of energy consumption. Let say you have generators of 15 KVa running on 3liters per hour at the rate of diesel 250x 3 = 750 per hour x 8 hours daily = 6k per day. This is not 24 hours. My opinion sha ooo. This just on conservative estimates

The parlour is long (Parlour and dining together) as what the electrician said... So he had to put that much pop lights... Total pop lights in the house is 40... 8 wall brackets

6 watts x 24 lighting points is 144 watts

What you want is a proper lighting simulation

Keep in mind the level of lighting for a home is not supposed to be above 50 lux. Lighting for an office is 400 to 500 lux

Also your home lighting is supposed to be warm white, not all those daylight or cool white of the office.

Most of these luminaire manufacturers have online lighting calculation tools

The maximum you are looking for is your home is 50 to 75 lux in rooms. In the kitchen you may want 300 to 400 lux. Maybe same in the study. Maybe same in garage. But you really don't want office levels of illumination in a home.

All this calling watts is a completely wrong way of calculating lighting levels. The unit of lighting is lux for UK candela for us

These days people don’t do walk bracket any longer
To me it’s a waste of space and energy.

I believe there is rope lights, center light then pop lights.. that’s enough

If you get original pop lights you don’t need that much light honestly.
