Did PO appoint Reno as one of his legal counsel? Why is he disturbing himself. He should be celebrating that PO brought charges that wont fly. You guys asked him to go to court but forgot to tell him what to do when he gets there.

Even if he was a drug lord the alleged crime was not within the jurisdiction of the Nigerian state, the case against him was in a different sovereign state and it was dismissed with prejudice thereby he doesn't have a felony.

The DSS cleared him to run therefore you can accuse him of a moral liability but the law states what can disqualify a candidate and what you think about him isn't listed.

Facts are facts, Tinubu was never "CONVICTED" of any felony as at the time he was elected some 3 weeks ago. If the USA now reopen the case and do convict Tinubu only the NASS can inpeach him

Even if they testify such a testimony doesn't amount to a conviction.
The alleged crime was committed outside the jurisdiction of Nigeria so no single Nigerian judge can seat on the case. This would be the first thing the judge would throw out.

They should rather base their petition on election irregularities.

When Pdp wanted to verify Tinubu’s Chicago degree, they sent Reno to Chicago state university for verification which they found to be true..

The screenshots obi added to its petition is not a verified screenshot. Obi didn’t go to DEA to verify if truly tinubu has any drug conviction. He only picked a random screenshots on twitter and attached it to the petition ..

Court would ask Obi to prove how tinubu was into drugs. He won’t be able to prove it cuz he doesn’t even know. Now, that’s character assassination..

Imagine committing a crime right in front of Appeal court Chief judge, inside the court ..

Obi has proved why he graduated with 3rd class..

The court wouldn't even ask if Tinubu was into drugs or not. You can provide an old video of Tinubu doing a drug deal in Chicago and this would still be thrown out. Aside the issue of jurisdiction, the question the court would consider are two

1- Was he ever convicted of any crimes including money laundering or drug dealing

Answer - No

2- Was Tinubu screened by the DSS and cleared to run

Answer - Yes

It's important that Nigerians don't suffer from gaslighting

The main issues which would be discussed are the AWS with regards to BVAS and to a lesser extent IREV (there is no requirements for INEC to operate IREV in the electoral act, they are only required to have a bank of the data, maintain and make it available to any party upon payment of a fee )

Abuja 25% question needs to be interpreted,as we know there is a 1man- 1vote there notion of Abuja electorate holding a veto should put that to paid
