I wonder why some people reason. Do they realize that the INEC Chairman saved us a lot of trouble that would have arose by not stopping the process of announcing the result? We would have been in a quagmire by now if the process had been stopped. The collation of results from states were still in process when Dino Melaye called for the cancellation. As at that time, no one new who would win while call for the cancellation?
Instead of halting the process, the INEC Chairman told them to go to court because that is where their objections will be entertained not at the collation center. I don't think lots of people realize the bottleneck it will take to have stopped the collation when it was called for; waiting to verify each claim presented from PU to PU, LGA to LGA and State to State. It would have created a crisis that would have been difficult to resolve.
The parties are at the court with all their evidences, lets allow the court process to take it course.

Absolutely! Go to court means no justice. They believed they own the court. Let's see what the Nigerian Judiciary will do as it concerns this case. The world is watching.

Even the court can't say Tinubu should be declared as President without sorting out all necessary issues. Why did INEC Chairman hurriedly mentioned Tinubu as the winner despite the fact that IREV couldn't upload results as promised.

No explanation when Dino Melaye openly questioned Mamood. Mamood knew his game plan, kept mute without any explanation. I don't see Tinubu winning this. No matter how far they think they can confuse the people, GOD has exposed them all.

The method INEC used is very disgraceful and extremely dubious. No explanation to the people when they asked you, you kept telling them in the middle of the game to go to court.

What a stupid INEC Chairman. It shows he lacks the experience to rig despite they planned rigging and GOD exposed them through the loopholes.

They all messed up with the wrong man which is PETER OBI (Our President).

Tinubu, you're a thief and you surely know this.

Corruption at it's peak but it won't stand against the constitution of the land. That's where the problem is

When a judgement goes at their favour, they hail our judicial system. When their preferred candidate wins election, INEC is the best thing that has happened to Nigeria. However, if they get anything in contrary, they start raining issults and abuses on innocent public officers who are discharging their duties in the best public interest. They start calling for the sack of this or that.

We need to change our mindsets and bear it in mind that you can't be a winner at all time. We also need to know that we can't all reason in the same way, if you want/like a candidate, know that there are many people out there who might not want him/her; and they are entitled to their opinion or reasoning as you are.

It's high time we stop denigrating our institutions and people in the public service just because you couldn't get exactly what you want from them, after all, you or your group are not the only one in Nigeria and you are not more Nigerian than others.

Your education is a waste!!!

Uploading on the IREV is not a condition for announcement or declaration of results.

Don't expect any court in this country to declare Obi the winner of the presidential election. Your candidate came third and he didn't even win 25% of votes cast in 24 states.

You people should not believe your candidate is the only one that must win or can win in the presidential election.

But what baffles me most in all these clamour for justice by APC's rival political parties is what type of justice are they expecting?

Both PDP and LP candidates did not meet the requirements for being elected as the country president. So are they expecting the court to give this to either of them under the table?

The two parties are saying that the presidential election was rigged against them, which the governorship election has effectually debunked by the number of votes received by them. Which truly showed how unpopular they are with the voters.

Now the LP VP candidate has suddenly found his voice, and inciting their supporters to public violence. If it happens and it turns to widespread public anger, which will unavoidably turn to a justifiable raging destructive force by the hungry and deprived masses, does he think he and his family will be spared?

Whatever this present electoral imbroglio will turn out to be, we are all watching, since all the tribes have one or two beefs to settle with other tribes. It will be fun to watch. The Czechclovaskia ethnic cleansing war of the eighties will be a child play.

Considering it was the favourite phrase of President Olusegun Obasanjo of the PDP grin

Meanwhile our court system has worked well.

1. Peter Obi of APGA reclaimed his mandate from PDP in Court

2. Governor Mimiko of LP reclaimed his mandate from PDP

3. Governor Rashidi Ladoja of PDP in Oyo state was reinstated after court decared is impeachment null and void.

4. Governor Peter Obi of APGA's impeachment was crushed in Court

5. Governor Elect David Lyon of APC Bayelsa was not sworn in after supreme court found that his deputy, Biobarakuma Degi-Eremienyo, presented false information to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)

6. etc
The same our court that people that didn't participate in primary elections were declared winners. You know what it means, just be in the good book of your party and never purchase form or participate in primary, we know the next thing to do.

The process of the announcement isn't in line with what was promised by INEC. That alone is a strong reason not to talk of Tinubu drug case and 25% FCT.

Too much confusion from INEC because Mamood was so much in haste to announce his Father

It seems some of you doesn't know the grouse in contention. Let me simplify it for you.
In many states of the federation there were votes suppression, meaning where LP got 20 and APC got 50, the structure of criminality changed it and made it looked as if LP got 10 while APC got 60. You see the same number of accredited votes still stands but the distribution of votes to parties changed and that was what happened in many states because of their dubious criminal structure.
Now if we have to use your logic. APC was said to win Rivers state for president but why didn't APC win same for governorship? Same thing for Zamfara. Governorship election is a local thing and quite different from presidential election where there is less interest, especially if the contestant is not an indigene of the said state.
Comparing state governorship election to presidential election is unwise for anyone based on the impulse of the country.
If the election is conducted again, the south east will still go absolutely to LP while south west will go for APC and the core north will still go for PDP because of the son of the soil in each zones. Please let us think deep when making submission on political configuration.

You only gave a statement that upholds Labour party's defeat at the polls.

Let's look at it from another angle.

Labour party scored more than 99% of most ballots cast in many eastern state. APC even scored less than 1% in one eastern state.

You people focused all your attention and strategies on the southeast, expecting support from the south-south, 50% from the north central and substantial amount of votes from Lagos.

The only hope you guys had from the core north was from Kaduna south and other christians from the north.

In the north central, it was glaring that you people will never get anything tangible from Kwara, Kogi and Niger.

Northwest has 7 states, northeast has 6 states plus 3 states from the north central, it all amounts to 16 states.

Please note that I didn't include any Yoruba state in the calculation.

36 - 16 = 20

If you guys got 25% from each state in Yorubaland, then you only have 20 states in the kitty.

Please note that I removed tribal or ethnic colouration from my explanation.

With the above stated hypothesis, do you think your candidate stands any chance of being declared aa the winner of the presidential election?

Vote suppression is not mentioned in Obi's petition
Maybe I missed it but I don't believe it was mentioned
If mentioned it has to be proven not just hypothesis
Proven that it happened and what impact it has on outcome
That will be an uphill task to prove

You really don't know what we are talking about here. That's why most of you people do think they cheated you if you lose a case in the court.

This has nothing to do with confidence in the INEC but nitty-gritty of the law.
