MoU's are publicity stunts. Several has been signed before yet we are where we are.

24hr electricity is beyond some signatures. They should publish what's in the MoU. If it's promoting the building of power plants in the state and state distribution network in exchange of land and tax incentives, all welcomed. But action needs to follow, MoU's are not contracts.
