People died. Right before my very eyes businesses incurred losses in millions as most SMEs closed shop. The petty traders at the expiration of the deadline traded 100k for 70k new notes or credit alerts. Now imagine a 30% loss on a business people engage in just to get by.

The implementation of this policy is as terrible as the just concluded election by INEC. Billions were spent and the outcome didn’t justify the resources put into it.
