Peter Obi Reacts To Nasarawa Women's Nude Protest by TMSMedia(op): 11:16am On Mar 25, 2023

Labour Party's presidential candidate, Peter Obi has reacted to the protest of Nasarawa State women went naked to express their displeasure with the state's governorship election which they claim was rigged, IGBERETV reports.

He wrote on his Twitter handle;

"I just came across a sad, heartbreaking video where Nasarawa women staged a topless protest as a means of registering their displeasure with the election results.

"The purpose of election is for citizens to participate in democratic governance through the representatives they elect. A grievous injustice occurs when citizens are denied the opportunity to vote in a free, fair and credible process or their mandate is stolen from them.

"Our women who should be honoured and respected, and their rights protected, have been degraded and left to seek justice the only way they can trust by calling on their creator.

"I remain committed to 40% affirmative action for women in political appointments and will encourage the same in the corporate world. As a nation, we must do better and ensure that the mandate of the people is not stolen from them."

What an effontery, trying to cash out on pdp's women protesters. The show of shame displayed by these mothers is alien to African culture, was the PDP's Governorship candidate MOTHER, WIFE, DAUGHTERS among the women that displayed their unclothedness ?.
The answer is big no, because just like the Ekweremadu's crime family they believe poor people are goods to be used for personal interest.

I trust the opportunistic Obi to quickly cash in on this, even with the so called protest not being about him. The man obviously knows how to seek attention, one of the many things he knows how to do asides telling lies and reeling out wrong statistics.
