Concerning the underground recruitment, I think you're used to this page, so, you should know that most agencies are recruiting underground at the moment.. It depends on your connect.. Many letters would be shared by Next month..

The only thing delaying most organisations at the moment are the IPPIS people.

Okay, now I understand your viewpoint. There are too many stories I can tell you about how much influence secretaries and drivers can wield but time will not permit me. Especially if they are liked by their bosses. An SLA to a honourable member who served from 2015 - 2019 in HoR was able to get his wife job in NCC without the Honorable's knowledge. Infact, the honorable dare not hear because it was when the SLA went to collect the appt letter for the Honorable's wife that he spoke to Prof. Danbatta about his wife's own. Since prof had already seen him with the honorable a couple of times, he obliged his request.
When Barr. Shittu was Minister of Communication, one of his SA, Akeem was getting jobs for people using the Minister's name and letterhead even without the Minister knowing. Funny thing was that Barr. Shittu was so simple that he wouldn't have reacted negatively even if he found out. As long as it was established that the jobs were not being sold. If I tell you how many people the current PA to the CoS to the President has helped both with oga's knowledge and without, you will be surprised. So you see, keep reminding that Secretary and put it in prayers. However, don't lose focus on other connects.

With the approval of Peculiar allowances.. BSc in NPC, Railway and others under the salary structure should get up to 110k or more. Their salary is too poor... Congratulations to them...

AKK is under NGC (Nigeria Gas company) now NGIC. It is overseen by their pipeline department but executed by contractor Oilserv and BrentexCpp.
But when completed, should be under the purview of NMDPRA.

Better to contact both 3rd party and main connect ( introduce yourself as the applicant 3rd party gave your cv and you wanted to personally thank him)

So my babe told me that she was asked by the secretary to the minister from her state to send her CV.

She sent to the minister's secretary without the minister himself being aware of the whole arrangement.

I wanna know, can the secretary be instrumental to my lady getting a job?

CONPASS is for paramilitary agencies viz NSCDC, NIS, FFS, NCorrectionalS excluding Nigeria Customs Service.
CONPSS is Consolidated Public Service Salary Structure for core Ministries excluding Justice, Petroleum and Aviation. It also includes some parastatals such as NTA, Railway, NIPOST, Population Commission, VON (although they are already proposing a salary increment) and a host of others. You may want to avail your self of information on CONSOLIDATED SALARY STRUCTURES FUNDED BY NATIONAL TREASURY. There are a lot.

We also have SPECIAL SALARY STRUCTURES FUNDED BY NATIONAL TREASURY

and then we have SELF FUNDED AGENCIES
