Fact

Suicide is the an option
I am presently anticipating to cross myself over as it seems this life ain't worth living
I have tried many ways to get out of mess but mess keeps coming
The depression is hitting different this time and I can't bear it again

A philosopher had a friend, his friend was very
rich and powerful, he had a wife and several
children, estates and lots of servants.


The man was now very old and he had lost
interest in life, he had lost the will to live.


He felt his life was without purpose.

The rich man went to the philosopher and
discussed his problem with him, the philosopher
tried to encourage the man to continue living,
that he still has a family and servants to take
care of, that his life was already perfect and there was no reason for him to commit suicide.

The rich man disagreed vehemently, saying that
he had completed his mission in life, that he
was also oversaturated with life's pleasures and
they did not appeal to him anymore.

The rich man told the philosopher that he had
made up his mind to commit suicide.

Having tried to convince the rich man, but to
no avail, the philosopher told the rich man that
if he had made up his mind to commit suicide,
he still had to die with dignity and honour.

The philosopher advised the man to set up his
final will, and share all his wealth and properties
between his family,friends and servants.


So, the richman did as he was told.

On the day he was to commit suicide, he called
all his family, friends and servants, he told them
what he was about to do, they try to discourage
him, but it was too late.


He told his lawyer to read the will in front of him,
after he was satisfied at how his wealth would
be shared, he gave his family, friends and
servants one last hug.


Then he went to his bathtub, where a warm bath
had been prepared for him, he took a knife,
entered the bath, slit his wrists and relaxed,
while all this was happening, his wife and
children were mourning, even his servants.


An hour later, they entered the bathroom and
saw his lifeless body in a pool of blood.

Till today, most people could not fully understand
his motivations to commit suicide.

It was one of those rare situations where a rich
person commits suicide.

The last paragraph, "His father received a call from his wife that the deceased was found hanging in the uncompleted building"
