Always check your dogs ovulation period before breeding her. Some dogs enter heat either earlier or later than other

do an ovulation test whenever she’s on heat. They’ll tell you the best possible time to maté your bitch . the cost should be about 10-20k depending on location

You mean vaccination?

vaccination is normal thingy but you don't have to vaccinate your dog if she still on vaccinations but some injections are given before mating your dogs, anti biotics ,multi vitamins and the likes but that doesn't mean your dog cant still get pregnant without those things mentioned earlier but it helps,
