Even if a second ballot is ordered, it will still be between Tinubu and Atiku. Peter Obi has no case and will never be president of Nigeria.
This was why you rigged him into 3rd place innit!? In any event, a Atiku is a vast improvement on Tinubu!

Speculation u say. It will be proven on that day. APC will provide details of the TINUBU's certificate he has and we compare according to the testimony of the Chicago university
From my findings Chicago state university has cleared this matter proving he schooled there.

Punch isn't what will be used as evidence.

The real evidences will be out. Tinubu never attended the Chicago university as claimed

U see. Bola A Tinubu isn't Yekini Amoda Ogunlere himself. She's a lady. A female from same university of Chicago. Tinubu forged her certificate.

Bola. A. Tinubu(F) isn't Yekini Amoda Ogunlere
Year of study "Tinubu" presented very different from year of study of same lady.

Everything is ready. U will see for real. No more disclosure for now

But the confirmation letter I just posted says "he" not "she". Are u saying he robbed the lady's identity off the school register?

Read, a rerun will be between Tinubu and Obi. The candidate with the highest vote, and the candidate with the majority vote in more states. Go and read it again.

Shettima candidacy may be treated as an internal party affair.
Narcotics issue has already elapsed . It's over 10 years.
It's not about the time. It's the record. A thief who gets convicted and serves time, does change his criminal record for a 100years.

He is an identity thief. I am sure the real Bola A was snuffed and buried somewhere in a sewer while a druggie took her ID.

if that happens, am sorry Tinubu will still win. He has more northern spread and Muslim Muslim ticket sentiment will favour him.

Part of Obi's prayers required that votes that were illegally stripped from him be returned. When this is done, we can now start talking about who came first, second or third.

And I believe the court will disqualify the convicted drug baron, and he will be disgraced.

Obi is coming...

Our constitution clearly doesn't bar a candidate from contesting if the criminal case has passed 10 years. Pls go check out that section 137 (1)e) of the Constitution.

There will never be a rerun because Tinubu already satisfied all constitutional requirements to be president.

Thanks for the insights. Obi also had such issues or am I wrong?? Heard he joined LP after the party register must have been submitted. Don't you think it will affect him too?
The good news for Obi and his supporters on this matter is that, APC and INEC did not add it to their petition before the window for petitions on elections was closed, what it means is that every petition that was not filed before the close of the window can not be entertained.

Now you see part of the reasons why Obi waited till the last day of the petition window to file his own, since APC did not know the content of his petition till the final day they did not know what to attack Obi with in their own petition.

So APC as it stands is mainly on defence, there is a time frame for election tribunal, so there must be time lines for proceedings, if not there might be endless petitions that will keep the tribunal on an endless cycle, you see why they had to make the petition have a window timeline.

So for now APC cannot file it again, the tribunal will not entertain it....
