I'm a smoker and I can tell you I use an average of 70 lighters a month. Of those 70, I probably buy 10. For every 20 lighters I use, I will only completely finish 1. Yes, lighters sell quickly and easily. Infact if you get to the market in the afternoon on a market day here, you'll just be hearing "it has finished" when you asked for lighter, but #5m on lighter? Haba! Except his is supplying big markets.

10% is high o, except you want to run an high risk business, your best bet is investment at 1% since you are looking for immediate gain. going into other industries will take half or more than half as purchase for asset while you will use the remaining half to fund business as capital and running expenses. You also have to be doing the business yourself and plan to stick to it for long term when you can enjoy your 5-10% with time.

Open parties - me myself I have been very bored but I don't wish to get myself in trouble. Setup events hire kayak, boats etc for people to wind up without feeling unsafe.
