Tinubu supporters are saying they don't care about the Tribunal case. They say after swearing in,, the case is dead. Tinubu would use presidential power to kill the case.
The Nigerian judiciary is on trial here. And we must be careful.

All Tinubu wants is the swearing in on May 29 and then he (Tinubu) would use presidential power to buy the case or delay the judgement.

Can we finish all court cases before May 29th. Can the Tribunal hear the case in 2 weeks maximum, and the Supreme court 1 week as well. Any delays must be resisted.

Tinubu can't ignore the courts. If he does not file a response after the stipulated time has elapsed, the courts will deem he has accepted the claims and the courts will hence proceed to nullify his election

It is very likely that the cases will be over before 29th because Obi's case will be thrown out for lack of substance.

The tribunal is usually to make a case for how you feel the election was rigged against you not to be throwing wide allegations around, especially those ones that have already been treated in court.

The question is will you guys accept the outcome or move on to another round of wailing?

Wild allegations? Very funny. When the courts begin sitting we will know exactly how wild the "allegations" are

i don't think we have ever had any presidential election tribunal or petition resolved before handover day in this present republic. so there is no way the tribunal and supreme court can decide and pass a judgment before May 29. Tinubu will be sworn in but the case and matter will still continue in court

We can if 2week is used to finish the case. It's doable. The forfeiture can be dusted in 2days.

That's actually the reality

So let assume Obi was declared the president elect and sworn in on May 29, as a president, he would do everything in his capacity to retain his mandate.

Same scenario with Tinubu or Atiku.

Bitter but it's reality

boss just accept the fact that tinubu will be sworn in come the 29th of may BUT the case will still go on and lets hope a miracle happens. apc should never have won this election if pdp had done the right things at the right time. but it is what it is and we just have to accept the fact and reality on the ground

Can you mention one Tinubu supporter with credible evidence that said the part in bold?

The tribunal is actually sitting in the appeal court. So, like someone rightly mentioned, after the Tribunal, it's straight to the supreme court

You spent the better part of March insulting the judiciary but first week of April, you are begging the judiciary to help.

You Obidients are very funny people.

For Tribunal. This one will go to the Supreme Court. They can use 5 years and nothing you can do.

Not only 2 weeks, it can be finished in 2 hours. You Obidients are very dumb.

When Oyetola filed against Adeleke and Oyetola won at the Tribunal, was Oyetola declared winner before Adeleke was sworn in?
