For Tribunal. This one will go to the Supreme Court. They can use 5 years and nothing you can do.

Not only 2 weeks, it can be finished in 2 hours. You Obidients are very dumb.

When Oyetola filed against Adeleke and Oyetola won at the Tribunal, was Oyetola declared winner before Adeleke was sworn in?

Dem go quiet.

Tinubu supporters are saying they don't care about the Tribunal case. They say after swearing in,, the case is dead. Tinubu would use presidential power to kill the case.
The Nigerian judiciary is on trial here. And we must be careful.

All Tinubu wants is the swearing in on May 29 and then he (Tinubu) would use presidential power to buy the case or delay the judgement.

Can we finish all court cases before May 29th. Can the Tribunal hear the case in 2 weeks maximum, and the Supreme court 1 week as well. Any delays must be resisted.

If they follow this approach, it will be a red card.

You are better not to kill yourselves . You are just running after a moving Vehicle . Ooo ti loo. There is no way you can conclude Tribunal before swearing.

The tribunal must conclude before swearing in. That's the law.

Any attempt to leap frog will be blocked.
So I hope they know. It is called Subversion.
It's a trap.

When the court declared Oyetola winner, was it not after Adeleke had been sworn in?

This is why we always say you Obidients are political blockheads. You don't know a single thing in politics.

No reality here. Tinubu would NEVER be sworn in.

Who repatriated Jubril back to Sudan?

i don't think we have ever had any presidential election tribunal or petition resolved before handing over a day in this present republic. so there is no way the tribunal and supreme court can decide and pass a judgement before may 29, tinubu will be sworn in but the case and matter will still continue in court

But why is tinubu running away from court. APC told the oppositions to go to court. Something is fishy

Aptly and correctly enunciated. Nothing to add.

We can if 2week is used to finish the case. It's doable. The forfeiture can be dusted in 2days.

So people should move on because the electoral fraud favours you?. Well you are likely to fall victim of fraudulent tendencies in all your life endeavours. Keep celebrating fraud. I will be here to laugh you at last.

uote author=9jatriot post=122306166]It is very likely that the cases will be over before 29th because Obi's case will be thrown out for lack of substance.

The tribunal is usually to make a case for how you feel the election was rigged against you not to be throwing wide allegations around, especially those ones that have already been treated in court.

The question is will you guys accept the outcome or move on to another round of wailing?[/quote]

You sir can only laugh at your principal and at yourself because I do know what fraud you are talking about.

Your principal lost the election, that is not in doubt. Even he knows it that is why his case in the tribunal is not that he won but that the person that won should be disqualified.

Notice that what he says in social media and TV stations is different from what he is saying in the court. The social media chants is for his followers who he knows have a herds mentality but in the courts where he knows facts are sacrosanct, he is saying "I know I lost but the person that won should not have been allowed to contest."

So where is the fraud?

You can’t dictate the pace to senior justices. They have to examine petitions thoroughly. The law allows swearing in of declared winner while petitions are being heard.
