My question is how do we identify "poor" Nigerians in a country with a very unreliable stat. I am seeing a case of the rich getting richer again, while the real intended beneficiaries are languishing in penury.

How will they ensure transparency and accountability? It all seems lopsided.

The palliative would all be channelled to the north. Those people would deliberately create problems by marrying so many wives and giving birth to children they wont be able to cater for thus creating poverty all in the name of religion and culture.

Exactly my position. The gift is a set up. They want crisis in Nigeria, currently we have election issues at hand in which some people are yet to accept the outcome and someone is pushing for Buhari to remove the subsidy before he exit. Such advise is a trap to set the people against themselves then they will come in as peace keepers to reap us.
