Lol... I agree. And this routine is golden with that Golden Eaglets team in almost every FK scenario. Can't wait to watch them at the U17 afcon. 🤣🤣 BascoVanVeli: |

Rofiat is doing what and LB will do to make Ajibade work to be easier but.... Rofiat is best performer from that defence. She's gotten more accurate passes than Ebi and Alozie combined. |

I don't know if Waldrum understands the basics of 1st to 2nd phase build up plays and then finally to the 3rd phase of build up. The defence to middle game connections happen in the 1st-2nd phase buildup. Waldrum has to set up the team's defence to synchronise with the midfield in phases. He has to dish out specific instructions and practice more buildup automation drills so that the synergy can be grown. You are right. These route-1 passes won't work at the mundial except in few phases of plays where we are on the counter with enough space to play into and the pace upfront to exploit such long balls switches (e.g. Okeke to Oshoala at the last WC vs Korea). daveP: |

Alozie be playing like a division 5 player, wtf are those long balls for? |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by PDPGuy: 4:38pm On Apr 07, 2023 |
Ucheibe ON for Ebi Looks like Waldrum is switching to a 3-5-2 |

I just wished Michelle could defend ( I know she's an attacker, but she's improved slightly from the last time i saw her ) she would have been golden. Imuran is good for her age, hope she keeps progressing and becomes one of the best LB/Defenders around Demehin needs to improve and improve real fast. For someone who's still 20, i don't understand how she lacks pace and can't run. She moves like she's 40 or something. Looks like the ball is bigger than Toni Payne, can her legs even carry that thing? 😂 The rest of the midfield can't control a football for shit and can't complete a pass either...Even if their lives depended on it. Our wide players don't know what "Keep it Simple" means. This is not a freestyle event 🤦♂️ The less said about Mister Waldrum, the better 🤷🏽♂️ ( Won't slag him off today, it's been an okay day so far, so he deserves some reprieve , but still....) .....and Oh....Aunty Ebi is Thicc Wow 😍 😂 😂 |

PDPGuy:Ajibade can barely give a thru pass to set Oparanozie on goal for 3rd. Smh. This match is a poor one for Rash |

TheSuperNerd:her and Ajibade aren't impressive so far. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by BascoVanVeli(m): 4:42pm On Apr 07, 2023 |
Mehn this dude a crack head. Oparanozie on the wing, Christy CB |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AndSunGorilla: 4:43pm On Apr 07, 2023 |
Is there a problem between Plumptre and randy? Why should Ucheibe be playing defense when Plumptre is on the bench. And Onyi has a hand in that Haiti goal. That pass put the defence under pressure. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by ThePresenceWtf: 4:43pm On Apr 07, 2023 |
Christy is Playing CB? Uncle Waldrum has struck again 🤦♂️ |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by lovewins: 4:44pm On Apr 07, 2023 |
BascoVanVeli:Defence collapsed finally when Christy moved to CB. Randy making same errors over and again. Playing players out of position. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by PDPGuy: 4:45pm On Apr 07, 2023 |
daveP:She’s more concerned with dribbling past two Haitians. Smh |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by ThePresenceWtf: 4:45pm On Apr 07, 2023 |
daveP:Ajibade is just a terrible player...from one bad decision to the other! |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by TheSuperNerd(m): 4:46pm On Apr 07, 2023 |
Waldrum's setup of the team today hasn't helped too. Onyi seems restricted today. daveP: |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by lovewins: 4:46pm On Apr 07, 2023 |
daveP:I disagree sha. Wish we could see the individual stats and you'll see this isn't true. She's probably made the most pass in the team in my opinion. Plus she's had to play deeper than usual. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by daveP(m): 4:47pm On Apr 07, 2023 |
BascoVanVeli:🤣🤣🤣🤣 Full of surprise. Onome go soon play middle one day. Sam Axe the 🤡 |

Well said. Exactly my point. An attack minded midfielder player restricted to deep central areas in certain phases of plays especially in the first half. That's why she seems anonymous. lovewins: |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by lovewins: 4:49pm On Apr 07, 2023 |
Make Oparanozie go sit down abeg. Maybe too early, but so far she's been terrible |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by carbonado(m): 4:49pm On Apr 07, 2023 |
Unpopular opinion:if i were the coach, Ajibade go chop bench tire.. Why remove Esther for Ajibade... , Ajiba so far as not been it.. I did not watch most of 1st half. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by daveP(m): 4:50pm On Apr 07, 2023 |
lovewins:Stats?? Haba now. We are seeing loju koroju and ya talking of stats? That's why the Bissau game stats made Simon Moses look like one better winger when he was infact terrible all rounda. I maintain my stance. Infact stats fit put Ajibade as better player than onyi. |
