APC threatened to form a parallel govt if 2015 elections were rigged. "IF" is the keyword here. How is that statement unruly? Was pdp planning to rig the elections? Is rigging part of the electoral guidelines? That was just a cautionary statement for the then ruling party.

My brother mbok stop writing long epistle to defend an election that was clearly rigged and INEC blatantly refused to follow its own regulations and guidline. For the umpteenth time election was clearly rigged and we all know it. I voted in PH and my polling unit result and what INEC announced was different and the experience was the same accross other units.
