LagosFirstSon: Wole Soyinka is a victim of the most pervasive scourge in Nigeria - weaponized poverty. Abi where did y'all think a thrice-retired professor was getting money to fly business class up and down? Of course Emilokan was the one funding him, and now it's time for him to pay back in kind! I don't pity him though, Ibecause he's a stupid arrogant bastard who hides behind big grammar to foment atrocity, and now it's payback time 1 Like |

Ghezo: Wow and you want us to support your preferred candidate after all these insults. And you wonder why he called y’all supporters of fascist movement, where and I quote “A climate of fear is being generated. The refusal to entertain corrective criticism, even differing perspectives of the same position has become a badge of honour and certificate of commitment” You people have proved him right and then some smh. You have shown us that you are not capable of civil discourse. You don’t even respect our electoral process and build public faith in the system. The system that you want to take over, disrespecting and insulting the same people you want to govern and expect them to back you, lol you people are hilarious. We will never forget. First it was Adeboye, now it’s Wole Soyinka…please continue 1 Like |

I listened to this man on Arise Tv this morning, so I know most of the comments on the fp didn’t even watch the clip up there. The interviewers were both dumbstruck, eyes wide and mouths identically agape by the time he was done with them! Most of these kids playing defensive linebackers for the 'father of cultism in Nigeria' don’t even realize that the same Prof. Cultist held up a radio station with a loaded gun in order to stop the announcement of Ladoke Akintola as the Premier of the Western Region after the 1965 elections. What moral standing does such a man have to accuse any OBIdient of intimidation when non of them has ever acted so violently against the govt? I have always maintained that verbosity of speech is not a hallmark of intelligence. Only conmen use ambiguous words. |

Raskimonojendor:...... defeat never hurts an Igbo man,an Igbo man is more like a cat with a hundred lives, taken one from him doesn't put him down,he gets up on his own at once with little or no help from anyone, it's this never die attitude that has made them the envy and enemy of you and your people, learn to differentiate between losing and having a criminal stealing your belongings. 1 Like |

Fighter2029:He just said he wept. That is hurt. In addition, out of all the tribes in Nigeria, igbos have majorly been the one writing letters upanadan and collecting signatures for petition upon petitions. This is why people are now calling LP party an Igbo project c/w the huge amount of votes they gave their homeboy in the east. I remember the ADC candidate, an Ibo man himself claiming the presidential election was rigged in the SE for labour party. 3 Likes |

Iamgrey5:It’s quite unfortunate that some Yoruba youths fell for that tribalistic movement called obidient movt. Many of them have started coming back to their senses. The next 4 years won’t be an easy ride for them in the social media space, as they did to the north. Yorubas won’t fold our arms to see them denigrate our leaders, who are not on their side. No matter what they say about prof, his past struggles for Nigeria will always place him ahead of any of their leaders, dead or alive. Long live Professor Oluwole Soyinka. 4 Likes |
