Oga that Obi petitioned ApC before the petition closing window of 21 days elapse, they couldn't file a counter petition on or before the day Obi submitted his petition, why did you think Obi waited the last minute to file his own. 27/05/2022 is just 4 days before the LP Primary's date of 30/05/2022.

Obi's name was not in LP Party register sent to INEC 30 days before the Primary's date. He is not a member of LP. That is 100% flawed.

Just as APC said Obi was not a Labour party member 30 days before Labour party primary and shouldn't have contested the Election, is Same way Labour Party is saying that Tinubu is not suppose to contest the Election because he is a drug lord.... Now both parties have to defend this in court. Nobody should call for dismissal of anyone's petition.
Let them all meet in court and battle it out.

I love how this is playing out.

Meanwhile, Buhari better not handover to anyone ooh because this case is far different from what we have been experiencing in other Presidential Election and the Masses were really robbed of their mandate.

Why do seem to be struggling with the distinction between objections against factual allegations of a flawed election and objections on pre-election matters (which btw the competing parties have made)? It is NOT mutually exclusive that Obi may not have been eligible to contest on the platform of the LP, as alleged by the APC response (or indeed that Tinubu was not qualified to contest for the presidency at all, as the LP itself alleges in its petition), and also that the elections itself was flawed and its results and outcome manipulated and rigged. TWO DIFFERENT AND DISPARATE MATTERS, but the latter was interestingly not being defended against in the APC response.

Obi fuvk up big time, why approaching the court on election you know deep down you did not win. 6 millions votes is not a bean for a party that couldn't boldly claims 100k votes before in general elections. He should've build up on that and expand it against next election.

Criminals in APC and PDP known this before, they just allow him to continue in ignorant, so that they will use it against him in court should he eventually win. Honestly, Obi is not a smart person to be allow to pilot affair of a complex country like Nigeria.
