ur suppose to buy extra when buying such, or better still get a new one when u see signs of ut finishing. I've so many toothpaste left over. If my neighbors ask me for toothpaste I just give them one of and ask them to keep, make them go dey press am lol

Most times, it's not about being stingy or poverty, it could also happen through forgetfulness.
