There are lots of materials online as regards AC. Your etiquette, being civil, collaborating, listening, etc. Learn, improve and also be yourself. Practise. You cannot give what you do not have but you can learn and become better than you are now. Also remember that you can perform below who you really are, due to fear, lack of composure and ignorance. Study and be the best you can be. Some persons will perform better because of the information they will garner within this period while some will not because of stubborn head of not learning.

People waited 4 years between application and offer letter the last time around (that was a complete outlier and I'm not in anyway insinuating that this round of recruiting will take long)

The chances are pretty low, but who knows? As was mentioned above, there is a tiny chance that some people might no longer be available for the AC (for whatever reasons), and in that case, some others might be called. But I must say it's a very slim chance that will happen.

My very good friend Airlongcon said, 'Hope for the best and prepare for the worst-case scenario'. Life goes on with or without NLNG, trust me. Wish you all the best.

Hello, came here about a week ago and it was my first time on NL, had to create an account and wanted to contribute to something(cant remember now) but they said my account couldn't contribute until after x days.
Anyways, just wanted to confirm, you seem to have knowledge on the upcoming test, you work at NLNG it seems, HR?

This is one website that helped me with the SHL, they also have brief explanations on the various stages that might be included in the AC, You mentioned fact finding and analysis, could you please help me check the list of exercises on the website and tell me which is the closest/similar to fact finding and analysis so I can do further research from there. Appreciate your help.

Hmmm, three colleagues of mine received from PH the last time and one after the last time before this set, nobody knows what NLNG is upto, I pray my own testimony too come.
