What Chinese cannot do in desperation for profit does not exist.
I wonder what the world would turn into if they overtake the US as the new superpower as being widely speculated!

Stupid Report. Why use the word Militants Rather than Bandits and terrorist as it suits the North. We all know what names every non state actors are known for in different regions of Nigeria.

Lol, this is idiotic propaganda from ‘The Times’.

Western countries also did the same thing during the Niger Delta militancy. However, the same language wasn’t used.

At least, the Chinese aren’t training and funding these militants like the CIA and MOSSAD do across Africa to cause destabilisation whilst stealing the resources. They are only paying ransoms to secure the lives of their citizens. So, the onus is on the Nigerian government to protect investors and provide adequate security for them.

Nothing to see here.

It is always painful that Nigeria leaders are just too selfish and don't have plan to develop Nigeria or make Nigeria a working country.

What those Chinese miners are mining out of this country need serious intervention. Do I blame the Chinese, No, but our leaders especially the governors.

If nothing is done quick to address this issue, I doubt if some states will not be hotter than Democratic Republic of Congo.
Will you shut up there! Blame yourself idiot. You can't support evil leaders and except better.

That's the same modus operandi of the Western Powers in the D.R. Congo & other mineral-rich conflict zones all over Africa.

Anything "China" hardly withstand the test of time and are often referred to as "fake". I really fear Chinese. They're dark in heart and can do anything for money. They also easily enslave people. I know that Nigeria's romance with China cannot be good
Who did they enslave?

And if Nigeria can’t provide the requisite security for them after signing a contract with them and taking their money - what do you expect them to do?

You’re a m0ron, I’m sorry. If they’re safe, they won’t need to pay ransoms to homegrown militants. China should the one complaining.

You don’t know what’s going on they don’t pay ransom to secure live they are paying Ramson to safeguard the areas so security men will take the area as dead zone while Chinese work and mining resources free.... I have a military uncle that told me a lot of things about Sambisa Forrest he said they are many mineral resources there which the boko haram are use to guide the place while some people have accces to those resources a lot is going on in this country that people don’t know. Even in osun I have been paying this since 2015 because I witness it those set of Chinese were arrested but they are still many many of them I can bet you

Tell that to the prosperous western world that ship jobs overseas because it cheaper.
That Chinese made items mearnt for Africa don't last is not the status quo, it is because those items are going to Africa & you should know what that means.

You can't keep abusing people from other tribes and expect those people who have been victims of your abuses to support a candidate of your tribal stock. You abuse a whole tribe and their son and you expect them to watch in akimbo. We don't burn bridges in order to have people supporting us. It is only when your people understand these fundamentals that you begin to see people supporting you.
