He did not sabotage anything.he made elections better,brought bvas,reduced violence in elections and made elections more competitive.the problems of inec are mainly from the recs and adhoc staffs.dont forget recs are appointed by the president not mahmood.binani saga is between prof hudu and binani,mahmood has no hand there.you can see how they immediately sanctioned and called hudu to order.same thing in sokoto,abia and Enugu

Thank God you are agreeing that recs & ad-hoc sabotaged the system yet Mahmood acted as if nothing happened. He has the power to redeploy them. Card reader and BVAS are the handiwork of INEC staff and not INEC chair. The fraud in Abia was checked by the vigilance of the electorates and the returning officer. left to INEC PDP wud have won in Abia. It was same vigilance that saved plateau &is about to save adamawa.
