I don't know why people don't learn from history, anything Abure does now is null and void under the law. He should have applied to same Abuja high court to vacate the exparte order or appeal against it in appellate court. But he went to Benin high court. tamdun: I dare anybody in LP to sign Nomination Form of LP candidates to INEC in Imo and Bayelsa states. Osuntokun, you fall my hands. What concerned judges with newspapers? Editors can write anything depending on the ownership of the media houses. This Day Newspaper and Arise TV are PDP media while The Nation and TVC are owned by Tinubu. The judgment of the Federal High Court recognising Lamidi can only be vacated by the same court or set aside by an higher court. The Benin Court can't set aside the judgement of the FHC. OkayDaddy:Please can you bring out which judgement recognized Lamidi Apapa? It was some executive members NWC of the party that nominated him in acting capacity, the court never nominated anyone to act in his stead. However, the highest organ of the party, the NEC had graciously chose another person to act in acting capacity, till court case is exhausted. Please I want you to show the world where court appointed Apapa, you that is naming calling another person for knowing nothing but you're the one that know but nothing. Meaning LP is still in order because the new acting chairman is a product of the party's highest organ. |

What they did is synonymous to what APC also did when Oshiomhole was booted from the party by the court and NWC chose late Ajumobi and there was logjam in the party which made Buhari to call for NEC meeting that nominated Buni Haruna in acting capacity as chairman. The law is in their favour because the court never nominated Apapa and court never bar LP not to have chairman in acting capacity.
