Someone explain to me why this isn’t protected by freedom of speech, and how it falls under harassment, stalking, or bullying

Did she accuse him of being part of a drug cartel? Or did she just express a suspicion?

She seems to be expressing her suspicion, was it based on his actions, eye movement, or just her guts?
Try to think before talking. its far better than total embarrassment.

Just to back up your stupidity we all claim we are right until it happens to you before you know what she said is bad

All these ignorant generations won't cease to amaze me. First go and check what a political or public figure means.

It is because of this infantile reasoning that democracy dies in silence.

Declaring a person a suspect is not a guilty plea or a sentence neither is a person of interest in any criminal case taken into custody other than questioning.

You think it is everyone that take nonsense like Buhari and Tinubu. Ask Chude what he is going through now. In his next life, he will never engage in defamation or character criminalisation all in the name of internet cruise again

If people were jailed for their stupidity, you would be serving a maximum sentence for that.
I blame Nairaland for keeping bigots like you around, just for engagements.

Hand go touch you too, one day.

Likewise you.

What truth, that Peter Obi hid money in Panama to avoid paying taxes in Nigeria?
Same money he challenged the Nigerian security agencies to probe?
Same Pandora papers your principal was named in too? Nobody talks about Tinubu's name in Pandora papers, because he's involved in much bigger crimes.
People who live in glass houses don't throw stones.

Let me let out a secret about this SDP candidate, if you don't know, know it today and maintain your lane. He's a close relation of the Gani Fawehinmi family, and also a sound legal practitioner. You don't try nonesense with him, you somply meet in the court. I will suggest , limit your attacks to Tinubu and Buhari if you don't have a valid political point against him.
You may not take my advice anyway. If this trait remains in the family, remember Gani doesn't care whose ox is gored? I will advice you don't test his strengh of character.

THIS ADEBAYO CHARACTER SOUNDS A REAL NUMPTY… undecided

He wants to be president and is unaware that a private citizen cannot prosecute and “imprison” anyone. SMH

Btw, legal knowledge and capability is NOT hereditary…
It doesn’t matter if he’s Gani’s or Lord Downing’s “close relative”, he’s obviously an empty-headed clown himself!

Samtob90:

There must be ground for suspecting him which she must prove. How will you feel if someone says he sleeps with your wife and put it in public space?

The ground for suspicion is protected by the conditional word "If". And she's in order to infuse the word "may be".

I remember those days our English teacher would keep reminding us that WAEC is English, while JAMB is "Use of English".

If I kpansh your babe, she may get belle.

Ofcourse I don't know if she will because I don't know if she still has a womb or how many abortions she had done.

But one thing I do know is that the probability and conditionality that she will get belle is predicated on me kpanshing her if I do have the opportunity.

If you smoke weeds, you may be regarded as a cultist.

If you smoke, you may die young.

If you don't stop lying, you may grow up to be a presidential spokesperson.

You can see the conditionality and probability in those statements. That's why whenever "If" is used in a sentence, it sets out a condition upon which everything else would be based.

If you don't send your child to school, she may end up becoming a prostitute.

I hope this clarifies.

He has the right to request public apology then, failure to do that within stipulated period may lead to legal battle and the person has locus standing. Malicious campaign against his person

The same people who have the highest record of drug dealings in Africa if not in the whole world and even trapped (death roll and life imprisonment) outside Nigeria are those who keep accusing other tribes as drug dealers. I have come to conclusion that we will keep tolerating them because even in the Bible Joseph still tolerated his brothers despite selling him to the slave traders.

This one too is claiming to be an esquire, i doubt if he ever set foot in law school. There was no defined accusation in that tweet, just a possibility which is not grounds for a lawsuit or criminal charges anywhere in the world.

Pls miss dom, pls do sumtin to trolls that report people unnecessarily based on tribal affiliation.

Difference of course is that he is supposedly a lawyer who ran for president, while you’re just a Nairaland plebeian.
