I logged in via web and my account shows my name/Money Market Fund, followed by the e-account C-00..

But I noticed the app doesn't show my name like normal account except the e-account number but the web does show my name.. Is that how is it on the app?

Thanks...

So if you click on account and then profile on your app it doesn't display your mobile and email?

If the account says MMF then that's what it is....

Thanks it does... i can now fund the account after the break becausei was told if i do now they'reon public holiday, it might not reflect. Will do the normal bank transfer on Tuesday...

I just wish doing normal traditional counter bank transfer wouldwork since their tranafer slip doesn't have a place for remarks.

I really appreciate your prompt answer...

Is there a website or some place we can have access to compare yield of different mutual funds?
I want to even do a 5 - 7 years comparison on some funds

I have been using AXA MANSARD MMF for over 2 to 3 years now but of late their services has been terrible. I noticed some missing funds in my account and I have written them twice with several reminders and nothing has been done about it for over a month.

Do anyone have such complaints about them in general or any other faster means to resolve such complaints.
I also subscribe to their mmf and I could testify that the service has been poor of late although nothing like missing funds in my case.

You can check the Fund managers association website. I doubt if that could help because Mutual funds rates particularly MMF is dependent on MPR, TBills in particular, size of the fund and the underlying assets are all determining factor for MMF rates. It will be difficult to have a fund that has all these factors the same at a particular time, hence you may be comparing apples with oranges.
Moreover, as it's usually said "Past performance is no guarantee of future results."

If you are in for low-risk investment, MMF is good for you, your capital is guaranteed and of course, returns are sure even though not high compared to rates of riskier investment windows.

Considering MMF or Fixed income, click the link on my signature to start the process. You can also reach me if you need further clarification.

Attention Investors in SFS Fixed Income Fund Using my Link.

Thank you for supporting my ministry.
Your patronage is really much appreciated and never taken for granted.

Please note that after you verify your BVN kindly generate your virtual account number.
This will enable you to have a personalized account number such that as you deposit into it, the money goes straight to your investment there is no waiting time.

You can also give your virtual/personalized account number to a 3rd party and once money is transferred into the account, it goes straight to your investment. This can be helpful if you don't want to spend the particular money you are expecting, in that case, you can just give your virtual account number to the source of the cash e.g a debtor or even your company. You don't even need any description. Once you use your virtual account, it's treated as your personal bank account only that the content always goes to your investment directly.

When generated, it's normally Wema or sterling bank account in most cases.

As usual, I'm always available for any further clarification if needed. See my contact details in my signature.

Investing in a business and investing in a MMF are two different investment windows.
They are not of the same risk category or involvement of the investor.

MMF is in the category of low risk investment
All things being equal the lower the risk the lower the returns.
Moreover investments are made in different categories to achieve specific purpose.

Please note that you don't have to wait for one year to get your returns in MMF, though rate is per annum, it's prorated such that you earn interest daily and you get credited quarterly.

Most investors use MMF as another form of high interest savings compare to fixed deposits in MDBs. MMF is highly recommended for investors with low risk appetite and also good for emergency fund.

So you can still do both business and MMF.
Ok.. The MMF is obviously what I would eventually opt in for due to its flexibility of withdrawing funds at anytime. Thanks!

Okay.
You can click the link on my signature to start the process.
Note if you go for the MMF, pick tier 3
That is the package without limitation.

Tier 1 is limited, your investment cannot be more than 200k and you cannot invest more than 20k at a time. It's just for financial inclusion to accommodate very low cadre of the financial pyramid

But for the tier3 no such limitations.

By the way the fixed income is as flexible as the MMF

All government-regulated investment is rated per annum but it's usually prorated such that you have a daily interest calculated on investors' holdings and accrued interest is paid/reinvested at the end of each quarter,

The flexibility for fixed income and MMF is the same as per redemption- easy entry and exit. The major difference is the underlying assets and the minimum holding period, for most fixed-income funds, it's six months holding period but SFS fixed income is peculiar, the holding period is also 30 days like MMF.

I assure you a smooth ride once you come on board MMF or Fixed income.

Rule of thumb in investing is to invest only in things u understand.
Maybe, if there's a way to learn further and deeper about it, I will get into it.
A friend made me buy Bitcoin few years ago and one day I just opened the wallet, sold it and had over 60 percent ROI (sweet deal abi?). The truth is that I was just lucky

How do you intens funding the dollar mmf account there? They refuse usd cash deposits for such investments and doubt any BDC offers USD sales as inflow. So how can you fund your USD mmf account with Stanbic?

Just that alone cannot work. The money must be sent from abroad source. You can not send money from a Nigerian Dollar Account to another Nigerian Dollar account.

If you put this in Stanbic MMF you should be getting around 18750 monthly pro-rated based on 9% interest rate. It provides your finances with a hedge against inflation, and you can compound your wealth over time.

If you will like Stanbic, then click the link on my status, and complete the forms provided. Once you complete the process, you'll be given an account number which you'll use as description when paying into the MMF account. The first step is to complete the opening form.

NB: I do not work for Stanbic, but have used them for many years.

Maybe it's because they don't have an online platform. Anyway they just started having the best rates. As at Jan/Feb, it was United Capital

i left them cos there's no online app/platform to monitor my funds, I always have to send mails for statement, balance, withdrawals etc and these are basic things that I should be able to do on my own.
