Tinubu doesn’t make any slip. The man is non compos mentis. His mouth disconnects from his brain and he automatically comes up with a new word and language and let everything out.
Even when he has his henchmen behind him promoting him on what to say, he end up saying something different and his brain takes time to process information and the ‘expo’ given to him.

APC knows this, Shettima knows this, hides his surprises and disappointment because he stands to benefit from it all.
