David De Gea has his area of wickness as does many goalkeepers, but i will only criticise him when United start controlling games and dominating opposition.

Ten Hag ball can't work without ball retaining midfielders, Eriksen is the closest we got and he's not who he used to be.

Given the circumstances, ETH has done well, hopefully we seal top 4. Next season depends on whether the Glazers stays or Qatar takes over. The squad still needs overhauling.

Let us be fair in our criticism. De Gea attempted to pass from the back and we were almost punished for it due to a very poor touch from AWB. After the incident, De Gea started hoofing balls.

As much as I agree De Gea has to improve, we currently do not have the players in front of the goalie to perfectly play from the back.

What a possession based team needs is a DECENT shot stopper and a TOP CLASS sweeper/passer.
If you think we can consistently dominate possession with turnover machine DDG in goal then you are on a long thing.

All agreed but you’d also agree putting Alisson in our team does not make “all” the difference when Fred still starts for us in 2023

There are world class shot stoppers in virtually all teams these days
More is demanded from the GK of a top team in these times
