Please I need your advice on relocating to IFE with a family of 4. What area to stay and business opportunity in the town |

Ife isn’t a bad place to stay. I hope you job or already prepared for what yo be going. You can’t stay in area like Mayfair, Campus Area for more business opportunities |

Ile ife is peaceful and enjoyable Houses are cheap for business purposes stay at iremo, oja tutun, mafair, campus gate, You will make alot of money in this side |

Ile ife is a very peaceful place, I schooled there and I really enjoyed myself during my stay. My advice, accommodation around campus gate, moremi, asherifa, Mayfair and parakin etc are quite expensive but very good for business, so find a conducive place at modakeke houses there are cheaper while you have your business at ife precisely Mayfair, lagere, sabo, moore, aderemi road etc |

Moxi:Ever heard of Damico? The electricity there is excellent and the environment is relatively quiet. The large student population in Ife also makes the place good for business. The most popular ones are food-related businesses, hotel biz, clothes biz, etc. Eleweran also has light and is quiet. If you have a car, I'd advise you to check there cos it's not too close to any campus, so you won't have disturbance from noisy students. 1 Like |

I would rather say anywhere around Ile Oromu or between General and Opa should be fine for someone who has a family. They have good electricity in these places mentioned. One challenge with Ife though is career development since there are not so many white-collar jobs in Ife and job migration might be very difficult if not impossible. |
