It's rather a fatal blow to Tinubu who emerged via a computer glitch.
No modern judges will set aside the ultramodern use of BVAS and iReV but resort to accept the outmoded form of vote collation used by Mahmood Yakubu. INEC regulations for the election
were clear on use of BVAS and iRev portal.
No modern country would accept a president from a computer glitch.
Go and read the judgement. The Supreme Court wanted voter register, not BVAS report to prove over-voting. Obi and Atiku has a lot to do. This ruling is an alarm bell. Go and read the ruling from Supreme Court today.

You really talked sense bro.. I can’t agree with you more

blaise26abj:
Yes . But unfortunately poverty and lack of education has set us up a lot in this country . Most people don’t vote on merit ( lack of education ) , they vote based on who puts money ing their pockets. NO candidate can win elections except it is on the platform of a political party . For now the two parties with national reach are APC and PDP . Unless independent candidature is put in our electoral act , any sane person who wishes to win election will have to go through any of the parties with reach . So Obi might be good or bad . I don’t know . But whoever will change the lot of Nigeria will have come through any of these parties .

I hope LP will be able to consolidate . But already they are fighting

I was 100% sure this would happen. The Supreme Court will trade a rook (Adeleke) for the queen (Tinubu). Nigeria is a game of chess.
This I thought too. Like they did with Lagos Election result in the presidential election...

It's all a game

You will not understand.

This judgment is an affirmation of Tinubu's victory because what Peter Obituary took Tinubu to Court for is the same thing that Oyetola took Ade deDancer Adeleke to Court for.
you are wrong sir , oyetola had no proof of his allegations hence his defeat in court obi has proof so its not the same thing ,in court its what you can prove that matters.

Primary evidence for proving overvoting is bvas machine and voters register.what obi has is server report and no voter register.primary results are irev and it shows tinubu won.

The irev result that's yet to be complete?
Where Obi won Rivers and Atiku won Jigawa?

Oga,the only contrary result from irev is rivers.tinubu won jigawa.I challenge you to post any result showing atiku won jigawa.whether it is complete or not is immaterial as far as tinubu won overall.

Atiku won Jigawa. Even Dele Alake agreed.
You can't declare winner based on incomplete result. A winner should be declared after conclusion of the collation not before

Obidients don't see this. A very good judgment today for Tinubu

Obidients kindly avoid celebrating this judgement and keep your eyes on the judiciary, the main case is Presidential petition. Let's not celebrate the battle and while they try to steal the war victory from us.
Today's judgment is a good one for Tinubu and APC.

Bolded.
Obi and Atiku HAS ..

One of the signs that you can't read and understand the judgement of the Supreme Court better than others.
Let's assume you read and also understood the judgement as you claim: it then means that APC could thumbprint 8 million votes in private for Tinubu, so long as the votes tally with the numbers on the voters' register, notwithstanding that the BVAS machine did not accredit most, or any of the 8 million votes cast for Tinubu? And the Supreme Court judges will ratify Tinubu's victory because the 8 million votes correspond with the number in voters' register, whether they were accredited by BVAS or not? Your wish.
But the judges are not Tinubu's zombies.

What is wild about the fact that irev result is incomplete
Inec must explain where it got the result to declare winner from of two months after elections results are still incomplete

You need to expand your arguement on your lonely argument on IREV result.

PU agents have their result which is ratling you and you know it yourself

But it god you continue on your arguement about Obi or Atiku submitting only IREV which is false

Seun and co sometimes pretend to have repented from Western ass licking because of increasing competition and other reasons that I don't want to mention grin
BTW, I predicted this.

BidenDTrounced:
The handwriting is on the wall.
Anointing is unnecessary.
Was Osinbajo's anointing not concentrated enough? grin (Tinubu defeated him)
Muslim Rauf unseated Christian Oyinlola.
I'll have to quit Nairaland by the end of this month. It's just pathetic.
BidenDTrounced:
Adeleke's chances of succeeding at the Supreme Court are high (presidential election is over)...hence the anointing.
BidenDTrounced:
...hence the anointing and publication of the anointing.
If he succeeds, it's the anointing...if he fails like Osinbajo then it's God's will.
smh.

Sir I don't understand this your grammar;
Was it not Adeleke who was in in the opposition?
So how is it bad precedence for the opposition?

Tribal comment on a Yoruba matter?

You thought I would be wailing that APC lost to PDP? That an Oyetola lost to an Adeleke?

Are you forgetting that your type already grouped both parties as the same, but canonized those that failed in both parties only to reappear under LP?

The shame is on you who support an INEC declared winner in Osun but reject an INEC declared winner at the national stage.

Like I said, life goes on.
