NNo need.obi is on a voyage of folly
See.

The SC Judgement showed that BVAS/IREV is the only way to verify results..

And now, it is up to anybody to establish that:

1. At the time of announcing the results, up to 70% of the results were not uploaded to the IREV yet, and thus, they should state what they used for Verification.

2. Even as at this very moment, more than 5% of the results are yet to be uploaded to the IREV. Can INEC Explain that.?

3. Up to 20% of the uploaded results are either blurred, unreadable, or do not even contain the picture of the result of the presidential election. Can INEC Explain that too.?

4. Up to 15% of the uploaded results were mutilated.

5. Some clear unmutilated results were so different from what was given to the Party-agents at the Polling-units (up to 5% of the uploaded results).. These ones would be established at the Tribunal with physical evidence..

And again.
The Supreme Court Judgement established that there is a difference between Transmission of Results, and Transportation of Results.

So,, let's voyage with Obi..
Even if it is Folly,, it will make the BVAS/IREV stronger.

(Meanwhile....
Obi didn't mention the actual figure..
But he is out there to establish that more than 1.6million of his votes were stolen and added to both APC and PDP at varying degrees.
Thus, after the right deductions from the theiffing parties and adding back to the LP votes, we will know how far.)

If you remove 1.6 million from apc and pdp to obi,he still loses so substantial compliance hasn't been established.by the way,he cannot established that his votes were stolen except through forensics or recount snd theres no time for that.
It is not compulsory to upload to irev.what is used for verification is what was sent to inec server.all inec adhoc tried to transmit.some that had strong network transmitted while those that didnt couldn't due to glitches, network issues, system errors etc.but there was transmission

Now you are NOT sounding coherent enough in your response.
But that's by-the-way..

Nevertheless..
Anything that is “provable” can be proven in just one day.
Anything that is “establishable” can be established in just one day.

You can't prove anything in a day sir.theres no time ar the tribunal.
Obi needs to bring all the blurred results and display it in open court one by one.then inec will also come out and explain and compare with originals.by the time you do this with 100 results, obi time for presentation is up.
Same thing will happen when he trues to prove non transmission.he needs unit by unit evidence.there's no time to call enough r substantial proof. time is against him

You still dont understand.forensic is another time consuming exercise like vote recount.tiu need at least a month to conduct one in a state.obi had only two weeks to inspect all inec materials.nothing concrete

Let's see how things would go..
I'm just trying so hard not to pre-empt the judges..

I can only guess for now.

You can actually guess the judges and how the rulings would look like if you read electoral cases from 1979 or latest 1999,read the rules of the apex court.for osun, from the tribunal and appeal court rulings, you will guess the direction.just like in osun, justice agim would be the one that will write the judgment in pept
