the tribal bigotry & hypocrisy of yoruba elders can be nauseating. why didn't they tell oyetola to accept the outcome of the election instead of going to court. Oponu ooni

You won't see the likes of Helinues on this thread

I congratulate the performing governor of Osun

Peter Obi will surely reclaim his mandate , it's just a matter of time.
Now you are praising the Judiciary and the judgement. Remember when it turns against you,you have to sing the same song. Don't say you are marginalized

Oyetola's issue is BVAS reports v BVAS machine.

Ok.

It’s good Adeleke’s Lead Counsel is in Obi’s legal team.

I’m sure this case and judgment will give him enough experience to tackle Obi’s case.

Throwback:

They are busy rejoicing knowing same affirmation is set for Tinubu's victory.

No way for any mandate thief that lost election.

Wailing walier! Is Adeleke is a drug lord? Does Adeleke have double nomination? Didn't he win his election with more than 25% in 2/3 of Osun? Is he a druggie that can't have 25% of votes cast in FTC? Does Adeleke have double citizenship? Wail me river!

Obi and Atiku are clutching their teeth to iREV. This is a fatal blow to their appeal. They have to provide evidence from all BVAS used in the election, almost a million of them. Not a easy task.

It's rather a fatal blow to Tinubu who emerged via a computer glitch.
No modern judges will set aside the ultramodern use of BVAS and iReV but resort to accept the outmoded form of vote collation used by Mahmood Yakubu. INEC regulations for the election
were clear on use of BVAS and iRev portal.
No modern country would accept a president from a computer glitch.

The truth is that the judiciary is a compromised place . Giving Adeleke this win is just a distraction for what they plan to do . If people complain , they will say the same judiciary was not bias for Adeleke who is a PDP governor so why should they be bias in favour of Tinubu when they say he won .

That is the point of my previous post
Please stop talking like a kid, why would people say because of Adeleke. It doesn't correlate. I hate baby argument abeg.

Hmmmm, sounds intriguing bro. But don’t you think the bastardized system is to be blame for all these? But Obi was part of the PDP that are part of the people that brought us into this mess of a system but, what I can’t say or sure of is if he is as guilty as the rest of them. You and I may not really know

blaise26abj:

In Nigeria , all the lower courts judgements are useless in political cases. Unless you are poor and do not have the resources to pursue it to the Supreme Court .

So to your question , I would not have been concerned . With election cases , the Supreme Court has the final say . And this has corrupted some of the judges . Tinubu will just give them 2 million dollars each and they might even jail Obi on top . Very corrupt institution .

Case in point Labour Party NWC wahala . Every faction has injunctions and counter restraints from lower courts.

Good for Osun people. The way officials in the previous adnin chopped money in there, I often wondered if that was the richest state in the country.

Yes . But unfortunately poverty and lack of education has set us up a lot in this country . Most people don’t vote on merit ( lack of education ) , they vote based on who puts money ing their pockets. NO candidate can win elections except it is on the platform of a political party . For now the two parties with national reach are APC and PDP . Unless independent candidature is put in our electoral act , any sane person who wishes to win election will have to go through any of the parties with reach . So Obi might be good or bad . I don’t know . But whoever will change the lot of Nigeria will have come through any of these parties .

I hope LP will be able to consolidate . But already they are fighting

How many people would vote for Tinubu will determine the number of crazy people in Nigeria. Ratio decidendi used by the other guy must have made you get infatuated. Ratio decidendi is what influenced judges to take the judgement.
What is the education in a person who chooses a man like Tinubu to preside over a country in the 21st century?

That is the smokescreen for the presidential judgement . It is going the way of Tinubu .

If you complain , they will say shebi when Supreme Court gave it to Adeleke , Supreme Court was not bias . Small sacrifice to take the big price . Nigerian Politics

At court you win your case with logic, a judge can't just give you victory without a sound argument.
